SUMMARY OF POSITION ポジションの内容
The Production planner plays a central role in controlling production by collaborating with internal stakeholders on various contracts proposed by Airbus Helicopters Japan (new aircraft, MRO, training, repairs and modifications, etc.).
Additionally, in fulfilling contracts for aircraft and equipment maintenance, repair, and modification, Production planner manage the entire process—from preparing maintenance plan to addressing various issues during fulfillment and handling final delivery—ensuring delivery within specified timelines.
It requires a good organizational mindset to manage the planning, communication skills to work with other departments and suppliers. It also required a capacity of listening and caring for stakeholder needs, as well as decision-making skills for problem-solving.
生産管理者は、エアバス・ヘリコプターズ・ジャパンが提案する様々な契約(新機体、MRO、訓練、修理改造など)を、社内関係者と連携し生産整備をコントロールする中心的な役割を担います。
また航空機および機器の整備、修理、改造に関する契約の履行において、定められた工期内にデリバリーできるように航空機の搬入準備から、履行中の様々な問題への対応、搬出まで全工程を管理します。
整備計画を立案・管理するためのマネジメント能力、他部門および取引先とのコミュニケーション能力が求められます。またステークホルダーからのニーズを傾聴し配慮する能力や問題解決のための意思決定力も必要です。
