Seeking skilled and experienced Product Managers to join one of the best fintech companies in Japan!
Reuired skills
Technical Skills:
* 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Product Management in financial services, fintech, retail, banking, or payments
* Passion and knowledge of consumer-facing products and mobile applications
* The ability to break down a product into sets of features that can be delivered incrementally
* Experience designing and conducting A/B tests to optimize product features and user experiences
* Strong understanding of different software development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their tradeoffs
* Experience with web/mobile analytics and user behavior analysis (f.e. using tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics). This includes the ability to track, analyze, and interpret user engagement and interactions on web or mobile applications and interpret complex data to inform product decisions and strategy
Business/Communication Skills:
* Excellent presentation skills. The candidate can present to engineers, data analysts, and C-level in concise, fluent English to gain support for product ideas; the candidate can adapt their language and style to the audience
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong quantitative skills and an innate understanding of how to mix market intelligence
* Experience in working with stakeholdres closely
Language Requirements:
* Excellent English technical writing and speaking ability
* At least conversational Japanese
