Program Manager, Arene Communications, Execution Excellence

The successful candidate will report directly to the head of Execution Excellence. Execution Excellence works cross-functionally with all Arene teams, ensuring quality and driving efficiency in our execution. Communications will play a crucial role in further shaping the Arene culture.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a dedicated Communications Manager, who will implement and oversee internal communications programs and interface with Product and Corporate Communications to promote the Arene organization and its products.
You will report to the Head of Arene Execution Excellence, and this role is hybrid - you will work in the office 3+ days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, develop and coordinate internal communication platforms to allow visibility of relevant topics and critical information for all Arene team members.
• Create communication materials and assets for Arene.
• Coordinate internal communication events and support the creation of Executive Communications.
• Work with Arene teams, the Product Organization, Global Communications, and vendors to create product marketing materials.
• Coordinate and support external communications activities such as product demonstrations, public information announcements, networking, or recruitment events.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years experience working in Communications, PR, Technical Writing, or related areas
• Bachelor’s in Communications, Organizational Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline
• Business Level English proficiency

• Team-player with excellent communication skills
• Business-level Japanese proficiency
