This is an open position in Q Squared Solutions Japan, an IQVIA group company.

We are a leading clinical trial laboratory services organization with bioanalytical, genomics, vaccines, flow cytometry, anatomic pathology, immunoassay, companion diagnostics and central laboratory services with secure, enterprise-wide biorepository and specimen management.

Job Description

・ General project coordination work in the clinical testing business

・ In cooperation with the project manager, support for clinical trial launch, progress management, timeline management, risk management, etc.

・ Responding to inquiries from sponsors and CRAs

・ Proposal for improvement of laboratory management and inspection implementation process

・ Monitoring work related to the receipt, storage, and inspection progress of specimen

・ Collaboration with overseas teams

・ Report to Japanese manager who belongs to the same office

Work location

・ Flexible style work (home-based). Commute to the office if necessary.

・ May need to work in the office 2-3 times a week in the future.

・ Office: Telecom Center Building 13th floor, 2-5-10 Aomi, Koto-ku, Tokyo

Mandatory requirements

・ Japanese: Native level ability in every situation.

・ English: Business-level in all situations including negotiations, proposals and meetings. TOEIC 800 points equivalent or more.

Applicable requirements

・ Work experience in the healthcare / medical industry (CRA, CRC, MR, nurses, etc.)

・ Experience studying abroad

・ Some kind of project management or project coordinator / support / admin experience

Screening process

・ Application documents: Resume / CV (both Japanese and English required).

・ Two interviews (Japanese and English) after resume screening.
