Role Overview

Lead ICT workstreams as a trusted advisor for major corporate office relocation and renovation projects, overseeing the full lifecycle from planning to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage schedule, cost, quality, and risk across ICT scope
• Define ICT requirements and develop high-level design and master planning
• Integrate ICT requirements into architectural and MEP design and review drawings
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while optimizing overall ICT systems
• Support client IT decision-making and reporting (including global stakeholders)
• Manage local and international stakeholders

主な業務内容

• オフィス移転・改修プロジェクトにおけるICT領域の統括（スケジュール・コスト・品質・リスク管理）
• ICTグランドデザインの策定、要件定義および基本計画の立案
• 建築・設備（MEP）設計へのICT要件の反映および図面レビュー
• 技術的リスクの特定・未然防止および全体最適化の推進
• クライアントIT部門へのレポーティングおよび意思決定支援
• 国内外ステークホルダーとの調整・マネジメント

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Develop RFPs and procurement strategies
• Evaluate and select ICT, AV, and security vendors
• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors

調達・ベンダーマネジメント

• RFP（提案依頼書）の作成および調達戦略の立案
• ICT／AV／セキュリティベンダーの選定支援および見積評価
• マルチベンダー（IT・AV・セキュリティ等）の統括・コントロール

Construction & Delivery Management

• Coordinate scope between landlord (B-works) and tenant (C-works)
• Collaborate with PM/CM, architects, and building management
• Oversee network and server room infrastructure implementation
• Manage construction phase execution and quality control
• Plan and execute cutover/migration activities

施工・工程管理

• B工事（ビル側）・C工事（テナント側）のスコープ調整
• PM/CM、設計会社、ビル管理会社との連携および調整
• ネットワーク／サーバールーム（ラック・UPS等）のインフラ構築管理
• ICT関連工事フェーズの進行管理および品質監理
• カットオーバー計画の立案および実行

資格

Requirements

• 5+ years of ICT project management experience (office relocation, infrastructure, etc.)
• Experience in requirement definition and design for:
  • Network
  • Server room infrastructure
  • Physical security (access control, CCTV)
  • AV systems
• Strong stakeholder and multi-vendor management skills
• Cost control and vendor proposal evaluation skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Experience on the client side (PMO, internal IT, consulting)
• Experience in SIer, consulting, or workplace project management firms
• Knowledge of construction processes (incl. B-works / C-works)
• Practical experience in ICT/security/AV implementation
• Experience in data center or disaster recovery projects
• Business-level English
