Job Description

・Technical Support業務：Field Engineerから上がってくるトラブル事例のまとめ及び開発元（ドイツ）への報告。開発元から発信される情報を国内チームへ発信。製品保守用パーツ管理等。
・Project Management業務：Sales Teamからの質問や見積り手配、図面手配（場合によって作図）、国内承認処理。Marketing Teamと協業し、適切な国内在庫の把握及び発注管理。

業務内容

• Field Engineerから報告されるトラブル内容の取りまとめ

• ドイツ本社へのエスカレーションおよび技術連携

• 本社からの技術情報の国内展開

• 保守用パーツの在庫および発注管理

• Salesチームからの問い合わせ対応

• 見積書作成および手配

• 図面手配および必要に応じた作図対応

• 社内承認プロセスの管理・対応

• Marketingチームと連携した在庫管理および発注計画

求める経験・スキル

必須

• 下記三つの経験の中でいずれかのご経験がある方

-テクニカルサポート経験２年以上

-機械/電気/電子いずれかのエンジニア経験２年以上

-輸入販売機器プロジェクトマネジメント経験２年以上

• 海外とのやり取りに慣れている方（ヨーロッパ、アジア方面）

• ビジネス日本語/英語スキル：オンライン会議、資料作成、メール等

• PCスキル：一般的なOffice等

• オフィス出社（月~木出社、金リモート）
