As Senior Project Manager, Project Management (Construction Industry), you shall work to effectively promote Currie & Brown s capabilities and expand market share through successful delivery of projects to satisfy global client relationships and local Japan marketing efforts.

業務内容
この役職の任務は次のとおりです。
a) プロジェクト/プログラムの計画・実行・監理・終結、または状況に応じたプロジェクトの組み合わせに対して全面的な責任を負う
b) お客様との折衝、プロジェクトのレポート/成果物（設計、スケジュール、予算、その他プロジェクト関連ドキュメントなど）の調整業務全般、部門横断チーム/ワークストリームの調整、建設管理（シニアプロジェクトマネージャー/プロジェクトマネージャーに通常求められる範囲内）
c) お客様とプロジェクト管理部門責任者に受け入れられると思われる時間、コスト、品質の範囲内でプロジェクトを完了させることを目的としたプロジェクトマネジメント
d) Microsoft Projectを使用したスケジュールの作成・追跡・更新
e) 週次/月次レポートの作成
f) リスクコントロールの予測と管理
g) 経営上層部に対する継続的なサポート提供を通じてベストプラクティスを推進し、現地/地域市場におけるビジネス開拓機会を追求する
h) プリセールス活動/セールスプレゼンテーションの支援
i) 専門性を向上・習得するためのアクティビティへの参加
j) 管理対象プロジェクトの若手チームメンバーの育成支援
Roles and responsibilities to include:
a) Full ownership of Project/Programme definition, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure , or a combination of projects , dependent of situational needs.
b) Leadership in liaison with Client and overall coordination of project reporting and deliverables such as design, scheduling, budgeting , other related project documentation , coordination of cross functional teams and work streams, and construction management as typically expected of a Senior Project Manager. The candidate will be responsible to manage projects under their control to ensure completion within time, cost and quality parameters as deemed acceptable to the Client and Department Head of Project Management.
c) Strong capabilities in client management and consultation Experienced in client facing role for medium to large companies (Including Executive reporting duties).
d) In accordance with Currie & Brown’s document guidelines and project requirements, development of Microsoft Project scheduling; schedule tracking and update; generation of, and presentation of, Weekly/ Monthly reports; generation of project progress review project tracking documents and meeting minute s; maintenance of tracking logs for major construction documentation such as Submittals, Construction drawings, Non conformance notices, Request for Information, Site Instructions, change management, etc.; Coordination of Punch list preparation/ tracking; and delivery of project close out documentation, including materials such as O&M Manuals and As Built Drawings.
e) Risk control forecasting and management.
f) Ongoing assistance to Senior Management to encourage best practice as well as seeking business development opportunities in the local/ regional marketplace.
g) Supporting Senior Management in pre-Sales activities and Sales presentations. Sales activities and Sales presentations.
h) The possession of a desire to become a part of the project management division within a of a desire to become a part of the project management division within a long established leading Consulting company.
i) Participation in professional advancement and learning activities as required by the Participation in professional advancement and learning activities as required by the Company. 学歴
建築、工学、経営学の学位を取得した4年制大学卒業者、またはプロジェクトマネージャー/シニアプロジェクトマネージャーとして7年以上従事した経験を有していること
4 year University/ College degree required. Degree in architecture, engineering or management is desired but not required if combined project manager and senior project manager experience is over 7 years.
