Job Responsibilities:
- Management of the entire BI system development project
- Requirements gathering and definition of project scope
- Project planning including organization structure, schedule, and cost management
- Project progress management, issue tracking, and risk management
- Quality management and deliverable reviews
- Stakeholder engagement, expectation management, and relationship building
- Collaboration with development teams and related departments Decision-making and escalation handling for project promotion
- Promotion of continuous improvement activities to ensure stable service delivery
Job Qualifications:
- 10+ years of practical experience in the IT industry
- 3+ years of practical experience as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of 5 or more people
- Native-level Japanese proficiency with ability to negotiate with clients and define requirements
Preferred Skills:
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PMBOK, Scrum Master, or equivalent)
- Experience in vendor management, contract management, and revenue/expense management
- Experience in AI utilization proposals or data utilization projects
- Development or project experience with Microsoft 365 or Azure environments
- Background in BI, Data Warehouse (DWH), and data analytics platform projects
Languages Required: Native level Japanese and Business level English
