Project Manager, Location Intelligence Software
You will be responsible for Project Management at a fast-growing American IT start-up who helps enterprises and public sectors solves their business problems with geospatial information and location intelligence solutions.

Description
Perform overall software project management tasks;
* Lead and communicate with developers to ensure business requirements are met within the designated time, scope, and budget.
* Oversee software development projects focused on cloud-based geospatial visualization and location intelligence, providing guidance and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
* Take charge at the beginning of projects by confirming business requirements, assembling teams, establishing project scope, and estimating project size.
* Organize project direction through planning, defining milestones, estimating costs, and ensuring team readiness.
* Execute projects by managing daily updates, monitoring team progress, and organizing releases and acceptance.
* Conclude projects by evaluating team performance, completing documentation, gathering customer feedback, and facilitating knowledge sharing efforts.
* Ensure a smooth transition to the customer by providing recommendations and appropriate handover.
Profile
* Experience in software Project Management.
* At least 3 years of experience working in a relevant position in software company, sier, or consulting firm.
* Native level Japanese. Ability to communicate with Japanese enterprise clients.
* Business level English. Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Good to have knowledge in cloud technology, especially GCP.
Experience in location intelligence is not required.
