Our client is an international industrial company specialized in technical solutions for a wide range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their commercial operations team with a highly organized and proactive professional who will support customer projects from quotation through execution and delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer projects and commercial activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-up.
  • Prepare quotations, customer documentation, reports and commercial proposals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding project status, order management and operational queries.
  • Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate internally with Operations, Production, Logistics, Quality and Finance teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor orders, deliveries and customer requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain and update customer information, pricing data and relevant documentation within SAP.
  • Support invoicing processes and follow-up of outstanding payments when required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and service quality.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Sales Support, Project Coordination, Customer Service or Commercial Operations role.
  • Experience working in an international B2B environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
  • Good command of SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Understanding of technical or industrial products will be highly valued.
