Responsibilities
- To perform routine Finished Products analysis as per STD specification and Test Method Manual.
- Do physical verification & sampling of all routine FG products as per the sampling plan and as per Process Cum Control Report.
- Maintain records of all such analysis in “daily analysis register”, PCCR and in “SAP”.
- Inform any non-conformance product related to HOD QC/QA.
- Inform any deviations product related to HOD QC/QA.
- Manage counter samples of all.
- Standardize all volumetric/STD solutions as per schedule.
- Maintain inventory of lab reagents.
- Perform any other work assigned by HOD QC/QA.
- Maintain safety and adhere to PPE compliance and 5 ‘S’ in respective area.
- Disposal of counter sample management.
- Off-line activity on daily basis.
- Monthly report preparation & report to HOD QC/QA.
- Maintain the daily RM / PM & FG file in Excel.
Desired Skills
- Should have good knowledge of SAP and Excel, Word.
Immediate joiner can preferable.
