職務概要 / Position Summary
ISO 13485:2016 8.4データ分析に関する活動を、信頼性の高いQMSデータ、ダッシュボード、レポーティング、データクレンジング、システム連携支援により推進する。
品質データアナリストは、eQMS／SaaSプラットフォームおよび関連システムにおけるQMSデータの可用性、品質、利用性、解釈を向上させることで、QMSデータ分析を支援する。本ポジションはISO 13485:2016 8.4に関連するデータ分析の期待事項を中心に、Global QMSレポーティング、マネジメントレビューへのインプット、継続的改善を支援する。

レポートライン / Reporting Line
- 品質システムマネージャーに報告する。
- 品質システムマネージャーまたはチーム体制が正式に確立されるまでの暫定期間は、QMS推進室長に報告する。
主な職務内容 / Key Responsibilities
- eQMS／SaaSプラットフォームおよび関連ソースからQMSデータを収集、構造化、クレンジング、分析する。
- ISO 13485:2016 8.4データ分析活動を支援するため、ダッシュボード、品質指標、トレンドレポート、可視化されたインサイトを作成する。
- マネジメントレビュー、CAPAパフォーマンス監視、監査準備、プロセスパフォーマンスレビュー、品質トレンド分析へのデータインプットを支援する。
- システムオーナー、プロセスオーナー、IT、地域／Local QMS担当者と連携し、データ要件の定義およびデータ品質の改善を行う。
- システム連携、マスターデータ整合、データマッピング、データガバナンス活動を支援する。
- データの完全性、網羅性、一貫性、トレーサビリティに関する課題を特定し、是正または予防的な対応を提案する。
Position Summary
Enable ISO 13485:2016 clause 8.4 data analysis activities through reliable QMS data, dashboards, reporting, cleansing, and system integration support.
The Quality Data Analyst supports QMS data analysis by improving the availability, quality, usability, and interpretation of QMS data across eQMS/SaaS platforms and related systems. The role focuses on the data analysis expectations associated with ISO 13485:2016 clause 8.4 and supports Global QMS reporting, management review inputs, and continuous improvement.
- Organization: Reliability Assurance Headquarters (Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance Headquarters), QMS Office, System Management Team
- Employment type: Full-time or equivalent, to be finalized according to internal hiring rules
- Work style: Hybrid / remote-capable role with global meeting participation across time zones
- Language: Business-level English communication required; Japanese communication required or strongly expected
Reporting Line
- Reports to the Quality System Manager.
- During the interim period before the Quality System Manager role or team structure is fully established, reports to the Head of QMS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, structure, cleanse, and analyze QMS data from eQMS/SaaS platforms and related sources.
- Develop dashboards, quality metrics, trend reports, and visualized insights to support ISO 13485:2016 clause 8.4 data analysis activities.
- Support data inputs for management review, CAPA performance monitoring, audit readiness, process performance review, and quality trend analysis.
- Collaborate with system owners, process owners, IT, and regional/local QMS representatives to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Support system integration, master data alignment, data mapping, and data governance activities.
- Identify data integrity, completeness, consistency, and traceability issues and propose corrective or preventive actions.
Requirements

- 部門横断またはグローバルな業務環境における英語でのコミュニケーション経験。
- SaaSおよび／またはeQMSプラットフォームを業務プロセスで利用した実務経験。
- ISO 13485:2016またはISO 9001に基づくQMSの基本的理解。
- 管理文書、手順、記録、監査・査察で期待される事項を正確に取り扱う能力。
- データ分析、レポーティング、指標、または業務パフォーマンスデータを扱った経験。
- 業務上およびQMS上の問いを、データ要件および実用的なレポートに変換できる能力。

- SaaSシステムの構成、ワークフロー、ユーザー権限、フォーム、管理マスターデータの設定経験。
- AIガバナンス、AI管理、または業務でのAI活用に関する知識。

- データベース、データ構造、またはシステム連携に関する基礎知識。

- テーブル、キー、リレーション、クエリ、SQL等のデータベース概念に関する知識が望ましい。

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Experience communicating in English in cross-functional or global business settings.
- Hands-on experience using SaaS and/or eQMS platforms in a business process context.
- Working knowledge of QMS principles under ISO 13485:2016 or ISO 9001.
- Ability to work accurately with controlled documents, procedures, records, and audit/inspection expectations.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting, metrics, or operational performance data.
- Ability to translate business and QMS questions into data requirements and practical reports.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Experience configuring SaaS systems, workflows, user roles, forms, or controlled master data.
- Knowledge of AI governance, AI management, or practical AI use in business operations.
- Experience working in diverse and multicultural workplaces.
- Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid environments.
- Basic knowledge of databases, data structure, or system integration concepts.
- Experience with BI tools, dashboard development, data visualization, or quality metric reporting.
- Experience with data cleansing, ETL concepts, system interfaces, APIs, data mapping, or data warehouse concepts.
- Knowledge of database concepts such as tables, keys, relationships, queries, or SQL is preferred.
