- 原材料・中間製品・最終製品の品質試験および分析
- 品質データ分析および品質改善活動の推進
- 分析機器の維持管理
- 品質トラブルの原因分析および是正・予防措置の実施
- 不適合品管理
- ISO9001、ISO14001、cGMP、RSPO等のマネジメントシステム運用支援
- 顧客向けサンプル対応および各種分析評価
- 顧客苦情・品質問い合わせへの対応
Requirements
必須要件
- 高等学校卒業以上（化学系のバックグラウンドを有する方）
- 化学メーカーにおける品質管理または製造業務の経験（目安1年以上）
- 化学分析機器および試験機器の基本的な取り扱い知識
- 品質管理業務に必要なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）
- 日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
- 英語の読み書きができる方（メール対応レベル）

- 大学または高等専門学校における化学、応用化学、材料工学等の専攻
- ISO9001、ISO14001、cGMP、RSPOなどのマネジメントシステムに関する知識または運用経験
- 品質不具合の原因分析および改善活動の経験

- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力

交代勤務制（シフト勤務）1直 6:40～15:20、2直 14:40～23:20、3直 22:40～7:20
実働7時間30分（休憩1時間10分）※深夜勤務あり、交替手当・深夜勤務手当支給

年間休⽇： 125 ⽇（2026年）
年間有給休暇： 15 ⽇～20 ⽇ （下限⽇数は、⼊社 3 か ⽉経過後の付与⽇数 となります ）
