Position: Radiologicals Safety for Redteaming
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65–$75/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write challenging single-turn prompts in the radiological safety domain, labeled as benign, dual-use, and adversarial.
- Evaluate model responses against a defined policy standard to ensure correct handling.
- Write reference answers with technical reasoning for correct responses.
- Collaborate with experts to ensure models correctly judge misuse potential while answering legitimate questions.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Experience as a Radiation Safety Officer, Health Physicist, or similar role.
- Ability to distinguish routine professional questions from potentially harmful ones.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to provide clear rationales.
Preferred
- Red-teaming experience in radiological safety.
