業務内容
• Operations for Men’s Golf Group
- Registration of new members
- Planning and Management of golf events
- Registration for golf events
- Golf course reservation arrangements and insurance arrangements
• Responsible for the day-to-day bowling operations
• Responsible for reception services at bowling center. (in-person/phone/email)
• Responsible for bowling party/event planning/ management /reservations.
• Inspection and maintenance of bowling center facilities and equipment.
• Other administrative tasks
- Purchasing related work in the Recreation Department -Arranging quotations and preparing purchase orders to vendors and input in Abacus.
- Operational support and maintenance of recreational facilities
