Recruiting Operations Specialist, gReach Program for People with Disabilities

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in a HR related role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting/sourcing or a similar role.
  • Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism in ambiguous and complex situations.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.

About the job

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals

Responsibilities

  • Use, update, and manage different recruiting tools and trackers to ensure data integrity.
  • Communicate with candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Develop relationships with hiring teams and other stakeholders.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Experience multiple aspects of the recruiting function to prepare the candidate for a potential career path in People Operations.
