It's an opportunity you don't want to miss out!

The key focus for the job holder is to lead the successful fulfillment of open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs, whilst being the conduit between the client and your supplier partners.

Your Opportunity

  • Assist hiring managers during all stages of the contingent hiring process including requisition intake, sourcing, and candidate shortlisting and interviewing.

Additionally, document req intake conversations in the appropriate vendor management system (VMS: Fieldglass or Beeline).
  • Utilize reports to manage open requirements to advise managers on the status of requirements and monitor supplier sourcing strategies to ensure timely response.
  • Discuss with the Hiring Manager to set/manage expectations, timeframes, feedback, roles, and responsibilities of everyone involved in the requisition fulfillment process.
  • Coach, manage, and oversee the performance of participating supplier partners.
  • Document all client/supplier reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in the appropriate system/tool.

  • Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports.
  • Provide constant interaction via face-to-face, email, and phone with stakeholders (hiring managers, client, suppliers and other partners).
