Description
* Provide advice and guidance to your stakeholders especially the newest business unit in the company
* Work with leaders on strategic direction to ensure that the company can attract and keep the best talents in the market
* Work with the HR team members in the execution of all HR related activities for the business units you will be in charge of
* Support managers on employee relations issues confidentially
* Performance Management, organizational development related activities
* Analyze and provide advice on the best people related policies
Profile
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
* At least 5 yrs. of HR experience and minimum 2 yrs. of HRBP experience
* Analytical and goal oriented
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders
