Fluidigm Japan is looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Manager II to join their team!
Responsible for achieving Genomics and CyTOF sales plan of instruments, consumable, Service contract, CyTOF Lab and service in the territory.
Meet and develop relationships with sales prospects, close orders, and generate revenue in order to meet the sales plan
Provide insight into the Japan Market and integrated in the discussion of strategic sales as team
Work closely with other members, such as Marketing/Logistics/Proteomics team, to meet Japan team's annual target plan
Collaborate with FAS and technical support colleagues for scientific support to deliver and execute on sales strategy
Utilize existing and newly developed market knowledge to identify the target customers and key market segment
Develop, inform, and execute on the strategic sales plan
Report daily sales action and discuss on next step with Sr. Sales Manager
Education and Experience:
Five years or above experiences to sell instruments and consumables in life science market
Working knowledge in PCR, Sequencing, Genotyping, Flow cytometry, Immune histochemistry, Protein analysis.
Knowledge of sales process of instruments and consumables in life science market
Demonstrated experience in strategic sales planning and execution
Excellent reporting skills in Japanese
Excellent communication skills
Excellent relationship and trust building capabilities
Demonstrated experience in managing dealer and customer relationship
Strong professional integrity
Frequent travel for customers visiting is required.
