Responsible for managing daily reception operations, ensuring a professional guest flow, and creating a positive first and last impression by greeting, escorting, and seating guests.

スキル・資格
• Minimum of two years experience in Food & Beverage
• Computer literacy
• Planning and organization skills with positive communication skills
• Energetic, outgoing and people-oriented with good health and high grooming standards
• Advanced level of English/Japanese
• 飲食業界での実務経験が2年以上あること
• コンピュータの基本操作スキル
• 計画力・組織力があり、前向きなコミュニケーション能力を有すること
• 健康で清潔感があり、明るく社交的で対人対応に優れていること
• 上級レベルの英語および日本語のスキルを有すること
業務内容
- Greet, escort, and assist members, ensuring house rules and stay limits are followed.
- Follow hygiene policies; maintain professionalism and accuracy in duties.
- Communicate updates, attend briefings, and report feedback to managers.
- Promote F&B outlets, support cost control, and help boost revenue.
- メンバーへの挨拶、ご案内、サポートを行い、ハウスルールや滞在時間の制限が守られていることを確認します。
- 衛生ポリシーを遵守し、常にプロ意識を持って正確に業務を遂行します。
- 最新情報を共有し、ブリーフィングに参加し、フィードバックを上司に報告します。
- 飲食部門の施設やプロモーションを積極的に案内し、コスト管理を支援しながら収益向上に貢献します。
