As Retail Trainer, and part of the Retail Training, you will participate in developing and maintaining the highest possible level of service experience and product knowledge. You will oversee Celine vision regard to retail excellence to all stores. Your responsibilities are to execute effective selling training and product training partnering with the Retail team and Merchandising team with the support from Paris. This experience will enable you to support the company’s retail performance and consistency. You will have the opportunity to learn the richness of the LVMH group.

Experience:
- 1- or 2-years’ experience of working as a Retail Trainer or Sales Trainer in stores
- Experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to execute full training in person and using e-learning platforms
- Willing to travel to stores when required→Able to multi-task and flexibility in a fast changing environment
- Very good knowledge of MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and e-learning tools
Languages: Fluent in Japanese . English is a plus
業務内容
Task 1 Training
- Execute training sessions to the sales associates through various methods to engage all staff
- Collect feedback from stores and management regarding training sessions and make improvements as needed
Task 2 Follow up
- Perform frequent visit to stores for follow up on sales associates` productivity and coaching the staff
- Work closely with the Retail Managers, Store Managers, and the Merchandising team to promote company products and service effectively
- Monitor Mystery Shopping Result and drive the following up actions based on the results
