* Improve system reliability, performance, and scalability (through refactoring, tuning utilized software, etc.)
* Enhance observability
* Manage version updates and resolve security issues for various software

Required Skills
* Experience in software development and operation using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, etc.
* Experience in implementing test code (RSpec, Minitest, etc.)
* Experience using RDBMS (MySQL, Postgres, etc.)
* Experience with containerized development (Docker, etc.)
* Communication skills
* English: Used daily
* Experience with Linux development
* Git for source code management
Desired Skills
* Experience using and managing Kubernetes
* Experience developing libraries (Gems, etc.)
* Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.)
* Experience using ElasticStack
