About the Role

We are looking for a strong Sales Operations & Strategy candidate to join our team. With your deep curiosity and love of data, you will be responsible for supporting and shaping a rapidly growing organization. You will collaborate cross-functionally to support Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Finance teams. This position will be based in our Tokyo, Japan office.

Responsibilities

  • Become the operational leader for the Head of Sales, Japan, supporting them throughout the pipeline funnel and across direct and indirect channels
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to manage sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Track ROI and improve effectiveness of Marketing and Sales campaigns through analysis of demand waterfall and multi-touch attribution metrics
  • Support our business development teams to develop and distribute prospect lists for targeted campaigns, leveraging data from Salesforce, internal production systems and external data providers keeping in mind global sales coverage ROEs. Segment lists for A/B testing
  • Provide analysis and recommendations for Sales and Partners go-to-market strategies
  • Define key metrics, uncover insights, and develop processes to improve global sales velocity and efficiency
  • Reduce ramp up time for AEs, SEs, CSMs, BDRs and Partners
  • Drive implementation of the strategy for enablement programs and tools designed to improve Sales productivity and the efficiency of our Onboarding process

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of Sales/Business Operations or Management Consulting experience
  • Self-starter with ability to function independently and in a timely manner
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Japanese (native and/or business fluency)
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a flexible and fast paced environment
  • 2-4 years of Sales (quota carrying) experience preferred
  • Sales training experience a plus

Term of employment - Indefinite
Probation period - 6 months
Place of employment - 3-1-6 Motoazabu, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, 106-0046
Working hours - 9am to 6pm
Rest period - Noon to 1pm
Holidays - Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays
Overtime - Overtime work may be required
