You will introduce PAS software solutions to utility & power generation, oil & gas, chemicals and other continuous process industries.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned APAC accounts
Authors, maintains, and socializes account plans for critical accounts
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Coordinates the involvement of PAS personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary PAS team members
BS degree in technical or business field. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience will be considered
Atrack record in business development and account management experience with significant professional growth and demonstrated track record of accomplishments
Experience working with customers within the mining, pulp & paper, utility & power industries, chemicals, oil & gas as well as other continuous process industries
Demonstrated track record of building new business and sales pipeline
Proven leadership skills as a sales / business development executive within a complex matrixed organization
Ability to manage through influence and a high bias for action
Strong commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid interpersonal and customer relationship skills
