You will introduce PAS software solutions to utility & power generation, oil & gas, chemicals and other continuous process industries.

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned APAC accounts
  • Authors, maintains, and socializes account plans for critical accounts
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinates the involvement of PAS personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
  • Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary PAS team members
  • BS degree in technical or business field. In lieu of degree, equivalent experience will be considered
  • Atrack record in business development and account management experience with significant professional growth and demonstrated track record of accomplishments
  • Experience working with customers within the mining, pulp & paper, utility & power industries, chemicals, oil & gas as well as other continuous process industries
  • Demonstrated track record of building new business and sales pipeline
  • Proven leadership skills as a sales / business development executive within a complex matrixed organization
  • Ability to manage through influence and a high bias for action
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Solid interpersonal and customer relationship skills
