Responsibilities
【職務内容】
- 弊社のLC/MSシステムユーザーに対して、基本操作の説明およびマニュアル等の資料作成を行うトレーニング業務
- ユーザーの要望に応じた分析法や解析メソッドの開発および支援を行うアプリケーションサポート業務
- ユーザーからの問い合わせに対し、電話やメールを通じて対応するリモートサポート業務
- 弊社のキーユーザーに対して、円滑な運用および業務効率化を目的とした包括的なサポート提案を行うコンサルティング業務
- 今後需要が見込まれる分析法を先行して開発するアプリケーション開発業務
- 業務に関連する他部署を含む技術職員に対し、専門知識を共有する社内トレーニング業務
Qualifications
【資格要件】
- 大学の理系学部卒業以上、または同等の学歴・経歴を有する方
- LC/MSを用いた分析法の開発および検討に5年以上従事し、LC分離・分析に関する高度な知識および実務経験を有する方
- 顧客課題に対して、分析経験および専門知識に基づき論理的な解決策を提案できる方、ならびに当該業務に達成感を見いだせる方
- 英語論文の検索・読解が可能であり、本社メンバーとのメールおよびWeb会議を通じたコミュニケーションが可能な英語力を有する方
- 長期出張を伴う業務に柔軟に対応できる方
- IT関連の知識を有し、普通自動車の運転が可能な方歓迎
