About The Opportunity

At Netrix Global the Sales Development Representative is on the front line of sourcing new clients. Ideal candidates reside in or near the Central or Eastern regions, and within a large metropolitan selling area. The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact for potential clients and works to connect prospects with our teams of Account Executives and IT experts to better understand their business problems and find the right solution. This role will need to be able to maneuver in a highly technical environment, qualifying prospects flawlessly and with ease. The ideal Sales Development Representative is ambitious and wants to develop a career in IT consulting sales and has proven success in converting marketing sourced contacts into viable opportunities.

How You Will Make An Impact

As a member of our growing team, many of the Sales Development Representative (SDR) duties include, but are not limited to the following:  

    • Work in collaboration with marketing experts to develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities for Netrix Global services
    • Enhance marketing campaigns by providing real time feedback on positioning and tactics
    • Understand client challenges, qualification, and objections and clearly communicate them to internal sales and marketing counterparts
    • Use creative communication tactics to add value to prospects and make quality connections
    • Clearly communicate the value of Netrix Global across our large portfolio of services
    • Effectively operate in a highly engaging entrepreneurial environment with high achievers that are driven to be successful
    • Work collaboratively with Account Executives to manage administrative tasks and scheduling in a consistent and effective manner
    • Monitor and moderate the quality of our marketing and sales data in Salesforce

    What You Will Bring To The Table

      • 1 plus years of demonstrated success in a business development role preferably in a highly technical environment.
      • College degree (BA, BBA, BS); technical sales certifications a plus and will consider relevant work experience if non-degreed.
      • Ability to stay abreast of technology & business trends across many focus areas and use this knowledge to quickly build value for Netrix and understand the needs of our prospects.
      • Must understand strategies and tactics for developing new business and qualifying marketing sourced leads.
      • Work with marketing counterparts to develop prospecting strategies and complete sales activity to drive a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
      • Overall responsibility for new business pipeline development, including cold calling, email development, social selling, and more.
      • Excellent communication skills with strong experience in delivering professional and effective sales pitches and drive quality discussions with unaware prospects.
