Description
* Drive sales strategy in Japan through engaging with distributors, partners, SIs, and other vendors
* Develop new business relationships with large partners on an executive level
* Manage sales pipelines according to sales plans to ensure goals and targets are met
* Lead and manage the local team, support their sales activities and develop skills
* Gather market information, monitor sales forecasts and report to the global team on action plans
* Deliver sales presentations and report to global team
Profile
* Track record in sales in both hardware and software solutions. Similar technology would be best but not a must
* Experience in leadership roles where hands-on management may be required or change management
* Good communication in English and Japanese
* Proactive and creative in sales management, promotion to increase business
* Valid working visa in Japan
