The business is experience the growth of 400% in net profit from last year to this year. * Office in Japan is at centre of Tokyo, Japan Description * Manage accounts in Public/ Education sectors to identify customer needs * Hold high-level discussion with C-level or VP/Executive level of client side to conduct sales activities * As team manager, collaborate with the recruitment team to grow team through hiring and training * Forecasting sales activity and revenue achievement while still ensure customer satisfaction * Keeping track of product line, competition, and industry trends to anticipate impact on client's business.
