Sales & Marketing - Corporate Sales (Commodities) – Analyst/Associate

Foster and expand corporate client relationships while executing all product offerings for commodities clients.

As an Analyst/Associate in Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing key corporate client relationships, including day-to-day execution focusing on commodities products. You will need the ability to navigate within Global Commodities products effectively along with idea generation and market insights. In addition, you will bring a collaborative approach working with our business partners in both trading, research and banking to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform.

Job responsibilities

  • Execute Commodities transactions
  • Build relationships with Japan corporate clients
  • Market structured products in Commodities along with Global Corporate and Investment Banking
  • Cooperate with the relevant business partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation
  • Strong team player that partners well with principals of the platform including Research and Trading
  • Skills in business analysis of corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure
  • Native in English and Japanese
  • Strong proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Broad range of Market products knowledge – Commodities, FX, Rates
  • Skills in business analysis of corporate clients
  • Knowledge about Capital market
  • Developed and established relationships with key corporate clients
