営業企画部スタッフとして、営業戦略および代理店戦略、サロン戦略までを横断で策定＆実行する。現場の提案力を最大化するために、営業支援となる業務全般を担う。職位に応じて相談。What you´ll do
営業本部（SR）戦略および戦術の構築
代理店、サロン向けの販売施策およびアクティベーションの企画構築
事業部および各ファンクションとのコミュニケーション
月次Reviewの参加およびとりまとめ
社内： NPD（事業）チームやサロン開発、各営業チーム、SCMとの連携
社外：（①広告代理店、②取引先サロン、③代理店、④インフルエンサー
⑤著名タレント、⑥その他、講演講師等）
What makes you a good fit
FMCG業界での営業企画経験3年以上
本科卒以上
日本語ビジネスレベル以上必須、英語アレルギーがない方
