·        You will support sales activities of catering companies and contribute to the expansion of the business by identifying customers, making proposals, and streamlining administrative and clerical procedures related to contracts.
·        You are expected to be highly motivated to achieve targets and will be responsible for improving the productivity of the sales team through efficient and effective sales support.
·      You will be responsible for managing the progress with each outsourcing company, reporting, and communicating information and instructions to the Sales Supervisor as appropriate to achieve the sales budget as a team member.
What you need to be successful:
·       At least 3 years of sales experience, with leadership experience and records of outstanding performance to show for it.
·     Must have experience in sales activities targeting the catering/food and beverage industry.
·     Native Japanese speaker.
 
Other skills that may contribute to your success:
·        Experience and achievements in the catering/hospitality/retail industry.
·        Experience and strong interest in the Internet industry.
·        Good command of English or Chinese.

【業務内容】
・加盟店に対して売上拡大のためのコンサルティング業務全般。(売上を伸ばすにはどうしたらいいか?をデータ分析を元に提案)
・キャンペーン等のマーケティング支援。
・加盟店の業績向上のためのあらゆる施策の考案。
・要望を元に開発依頼及びマーケティングサポートの立案。
・増店依頼及び紹介店舗を営業チームへ情報連携。
・ユーザーアンケートを元に改善案を提案。
    
【応募資格】
必須
●        セールス業務経験3年以上。またその中でリーダーシップ経験、アピールすべき優れた業績を残していること。
●        飲食業界を対象とした営業活動経験を有していること 。
●        日本語ネイティブであること。

●        飲食/ホスピタリティ/小売業での経験と実績を有していること。
●        飲食店向けプラットフォームの販促支援経験のある方。
●        インターネット業界での経験を有し、強い興味関心を持っていること。
●        英語または中国語ができる方。
