本ポジションでは、事業部戦略に基づき、担当市場・事業領域における製品/システム/サービスの営業活動全般を担っていただきます。日々の業務を通じて、定性的・定量的な営業目標を達成し、持続的な受注成長、売上、収益性、市場シェア、および顧客満足度の向上に貢献していただきます。
また、新規ビジネス機会の創出・開拓を通じて、ご自身の営業力と専門性を発揮していただきます。

- 半導体業界における既存顧客のアカウントマネジメント
- 定期訪問およびニーズヒアリングを通じた既存顧客との関係構築・強化
- ユーティリティ業界向けの新規ビジネス開発
- キーパーソンの特定
- 顧客ニーズの発掘
- 将来的には既存顧客アカウントのさらなる拡大・深耕を担うことを想定
- 新規ビジネス機会の創出および提案資料の作成
- 営業予算の管理および営業実績のレポーティング
- 営業チーム内での情報共有およびベストプラクティスの展開
以下製品の提案・販売:
- 低圧/高圧スイッチギア(LV/HV Switchgear)
- 変圧器(Transformer)
- UPS(無停電電源装置)
- SCADAシステム
応募資格
- BtoB営業経験3年以上(新規開拓および/または既存顧客深耕の経験必須)
※製造業での経験があれば尚可 - 特定顧客に対するアカウントマネジメント経験を有し、技術部門・購買部門・経営層など幅広いステークホルダーとの関係構築が可能な方
- 顧客ニーズを的確に引き出し、それを社内に共有・展開できるコミュニケーション能力
- 高専卒以上(文系・理系・工学系いずれも歓迎)
語学要件
- 日本語:ビジネスレベル(JLPT N1相当)
- 英語:読み書きレベル

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
The work model for the role is hybrid.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Account management for existing customers in the semiconductor industry
- Manage relationships with existing customers through regular visits and needs assessments
- Responsible for new business development targeting the utility industry sector. Strong account management-level proposal capabilities are essential, including key person identification and needs discovery.
- Future development toward existing account management responsibilities is anticipated.
- You will be offering the producsts such as LV/HV Switchgear, Transformer, UPS, SCADA System.
- Develop new business opportunities and prepare compelling sales proposals
- Manage sales budgets and report on sales performance metrics
- Share information and disseminate best practices within the sales team
Qualifications for the role- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B market with new business development and/or account deepening sales (manufacturing sector preferred)
- Account management experience with the ability to engage key stakeholders across technical, procurement, and executive levels at specific customer accounts.
- Proficiency in eliciting and uncovering customer needs, combined with the ability to communicate and share these insights internally with the organization.
- Technical college diploma or above (liberal arts, science, or engineering backgrounds all welcome)
