【募集の背景】

デジタルビジネスサービスはグローバルに組織されたチームで、主にSAPソリューションをグローバル規模でご利用いただいているお客様に対して、ソフトウェアの導入から運用まであらゆる側面で総合的なサービスとサポートをご提供します。その中でCoEの役割は、専門家として、製品ベンダーならではの技術的知見に基づく高品質なアウトプットをデリバリすることで、高い価値をお客様に提供することです。お客様に能動的にアプローチし、長期的な信頼関係のもとにサービスをご提供することを重視しています。技術や製品に対する深い知識はもちろんのこと、お客様の業務を網羅的に理解し、信頼関係を築き上げ、お客様とともにお客様のITと業務の改善と改革を実現すべく、SAPソリューション導入プロジェクトの成功に寄与します。

その目的において、重要な役割を果たすSAP製品のミドルウェア的な位置づけであるBasisコンポーネントの技術者を今回は募集します。

【役割期待と業務】

顧客のSAP製品導入プロジェクトにおいて、SAP製品の基盤（ミドルウェア）的な位置づけであるBasisコンポーネントに関わる導入・実装から保守・運用までのすべてのアプリケーションライフサイクルにおいて、お客様のプロジェクト・システムに対し技術的支援を提供いただきます。

• SAP Basisコンポーネントの導入
• SAP Basisコンポーネントの設計・実装・運用

【学歴】

• 大学、若しくは、大学院以上の学歴を有する方
• 数理学、または、コンピューターサイエンス専攻の方歓迎

【業務経験】

• SAP製品における Basisコンポーネントの設計・実装経験
• 業務プロジェクトにおける基盤・ミドルウェア製品の設計・実装経験

【スキル】

• テクニカルスキル
• OS
• Windows Server、Linuxの両方もしくはいずれかの運用管理スキル（必須）
• データベース
• RDB（Oracle、SQLServer等）、SAP HANAの両方もしくはいずれかの運用管理スキル（必須）
• 運用管理ツール
• JP1、Tivoli、System Walker等（あれば歓迎）
• 開発言語
• Java、ABAP等（あれば歓迎）
  
• コミュニケーションスキル
• 流暢レベルの日本語
• ビジネスレベルの英語（応相談）

• ソフトスキル
