Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for Fit-Gap Analysis to replace JDE with SAP AFS for PTP and OTC Processes. It is required to understand the existing PTP process design in JDE and check if they canbe moved to SAP AFS template with No, Minimum or major change, It is also required to understand Integration areas between SD and MM/FI and LE and other non SAP Applications
The resource will need to interact directly with business users and other IT teams to understand existing Processes from JDE and map them against SAP AFS Processes

Requirements

2-3 full lifecycle SAP AFS implementation experience including global templates with an in-depth understanding of SAP integration and Activate methodology required
7-10 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Materials Management (MM)
5+ years of Hands-on Experience with SAP AFS configuration and implementation experience of PTP Process is required. Experience with design, development and deployment of business processes associated Purchasing, Contracts / Outline Agreements, Purchase Pricing, inventory valuation, order-to-cash process etc
Thorough knowledge of cross functional integration of SAP MM with SD and FICO
Experience in creating/modifying functional specifications for Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, and Enhancement objects and coordinating with technical team to develop functionality
Experience in integrating SAP with 3PL WMS and third-party systems
Experience in testing efforts during various integration, regression, and user acceptance testing
Ability to work in complex technical environment
Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while maintaining the ability to work effectively in a changing environment
Excellent oral and written communication In Japanese and English
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent Problem-solving skills
Experience with Change Management Process
Functional experience in the retail industry is a plus
