Roles & Responsibilities
・As a Technical lead, Lead the Business transformation to design, build/development and implementation of
global solution adopting standard/best practice using latest technology and be the custodian of the global
solution in the Technical space
・Take ownership of Development planning, Technical design, QA/Audit review, Performance optimization and
validate deliverables by the SI partners prior to Production Deployment
・Lead the development activities from design till Cutover,Go-Live Hypercare and Post Go-Live supprt including
regression/invasive testing, Integration Testing, performance testing, release management, local / legacy
(Non-SAP) system Integration
・For any change requests, assess the effort estimates and invasiveness to all live regions from the Technical
standpoint
・Support the global/regional maintenance team for any major high priority/ critical incidents
・Ensure the Technical objects are in sync across multiple environments and help in the smooth Release
management
・Collaborate with cross streams, global/region business and solution teams for the implementation and
maintenance of the global solution
・Manage the System Integrators/Business partners involved in the program and drive the solution
・Manage the project management activities like WRICEF planning resource / effort estimates
・Ability to work with other workstreams and projects (solution team, deployment team, infra team, etc.)
located in various locations to ensure successful adoption of change & release management and test
management services in all regions
・Collaborate with Solution team and Release Manager to oversee and track projects and releases
Requirements
1. 12+ Years of strong SAP experience in ABAP, Fiori, PI/PO, CPI-DS/CI-DS, BTP, SOLMAN, Restful API
2. Integration of various SAP applications - S4, MDG, BI, IBP, SFSF
3. Integration with non SAP applications
4. Strong experience in partner collaboration with Onshore- offshore model
5. Has strong motivation for innovation / change.
6. Ability to work in multinational / multicultural environment
7. Collaborate with Solution team and Release Manager to oversee and track projects and releases
