Overview

The Security Team Coordinator plays a key internal support role within the Sales & Marketing team, working closely with sales and security partners to ensure smooth coordination of Security Partner’s commercial activities.

This position focuses on administrative and operational support, enabling security partners to concentrate on high-value, specialized work. The coordinator also assists the sales team in supporting the preparation of materials and organizing schedules to help drive business growth in security consulting services.

Description:

Service Delivery Support

  • Manage and coordinate schedules for security consultants
  • Organize internal meetings, take minutes, and track progress
  • Assist consultants with administrative tasks such as document preparation and logistics

Sales & Marketing Support (Security Service related)

  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare client-facing materials and presentations
  • Support the creation and localization of sales collateral for security consulting services
  • Help track and report on consulting pipeline and engagement status

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between sales, consultants, and other internal teams
  • Facilitate basic client communications when needed
  • Maintain and update internal systems and documentation.
  • Organize meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of Customer service experience in global environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience within the service industry (preferred).
  • Experience in Project Management support (preferred).
  • Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment and able to function in a matrix set-up.
  • Business level of English
  • Native level of Japanese
