JD for Retirement and Group Benefits Senior Consultant

Working as part of the consulting team, you will take part in engagements related to a wide range of topics.

Domain Experience

• Proficient in retirement and group benefits domain concepts
• Experience in projects implementing any of retirement plans or group products
• Proficient in core business processes including advisor support, onboarding, account management, servicing, investment management, disbursement, tax, and regulation
• Experience in plan provisions, analysing participant data, set benefit assumptions within company guidelines and perform benefit calculations
• Experience working on COTS platforms for retirement and group benefits
• Help identify and coordinate technology enhancements to recordkeeping and group benefits admin systems and provide oversight for user acceptance

Consulting Skills

• Experience in due-diligence and assessment projects as part of transformation roadmaps to evaluate current state maturity, gaps in functionalities and defining target state features
• Experience in defining the most optimal future state operating model
• Experience in understanding client goals and objectives and ensuring client gets the required business value
• Experience in creating business process map, future state architecture, overall strategy, and requirements in multi-vendor engagement
• Experience in business transformation engagements for recordkeeping and group benefits platform modernization
• Experience in requirements elicitation, user story creation and agile methodology. Conducted JAR / JAD workshops to capture and finalize requirements
• Proficient in creating clearly defined requirement documents with relevant dataflow and process flow diagrams
