Senior DevOps Engineer

* Enhance global systems performance and uptime by optimizing infrastructure and services.
* Build and manage CI/CD automation frameworks tailored to our product needs.
* Foster cross-departmental partnerships to refine technological solutions based on collective feedback.
* Investigate and integrate pioneering technologies and solutions to advance our automation processes.
* Spearhead the development of scalable tools and processes throughout the entire service lifecycle, ensuring security and reliability in our software architecture.
* Minimum of 5+ years' experience with AWS within the Blockchain or Financial Technology sectors.
* Proven background in managing large-scale, distributed infrastructure.
* Proficiency in tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and Terraform.
* Strong coding skills in Python, Golang, Java or similar languages.
* Well-versed in CI/CD methodologies with tools like Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, etc.
* Good English communication. Japanese isn't required but is a plus, as this is our first hire in Japan and could help with future hiring.
