Dr. Ci:Labo is *Japan's No. 1 doctor's cosmetics brand based on dermatological science, developing skincare products to address a wide range of skin problems and concerns. Dr. Ci:Labo develops skincare products that address a variety of skin problems and concerns. Our brand also communicates with customers and sells its products through multiple channels, from counseling at department stores to drugstores (wholesale), e-commerce (EC), and call (Tsuhan contact center).

In this position, you will be responsible for the Direct to Consumer(D2C) Tsuhan EC and Call business, which account for 70% of Dr.Ci:Labo's sales and have direct customer data, and you will develop the business scheme how to increase and retain light users as our growth strategy based on CRM data analysis and insights and establish profitable Dr.Ci:Labo business model. To realize this strategy, we created a new team within Tsuhan organization, and we are looking for a senior manager who can lead the team.
Japan is the only market that follows the Direct-to-Consumer business model within Kenvue globally. With this unique business aspect, Japan has the vision of "Win in Japan and Lead globe - making success in Japan and sharing best practice of it to other Kenvue markets.
(What You Will Do)
1. Develop the business scheme how to increase and retain light users as our growth strategy with consistent brand & product communication to maximize and grow D2C (EC & Call) business.
•Develop and implement the marketing and sales strategy such as product cross-selling and trade up based on CRM data insights to maximize sales rates, customer numbers, and basket sizes for our targeted light users group.
2. Based on the strategy, lead the cross-functional teams such as CRM, Marketing (product & concept development and new customer acquisition), Finance team, etc. to realize the strategy, while collaborating to develop sales forecasts and budget plans and proactively lead the execution.
3. Achieve KPIs and manage the daily PDCA cycle of the D2C, while utilizing the strength of the D2C business, which is the analysis of all kinds of direct customer data.

Qualifications
(What We Are Looking For)
Professional experience
•6 years of digital marketing experience (any of the following)
Ø Experience in marketing in own e-commerce or 3rd party e-commerce in a business company
Ø Marketing and consulting experience at an EC mall company (Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, etc.)
Ø Experience in delivering marketing projects for FMCG companies in a consulting firm
•Experience in planning and implementing each measure consistently based on goals/numbers (sales, profit, customer count, basket size, etc.) and strategies (cross-selling, upgrades, etc.)
•People management experience
•FMCG, Beauty industry experience
•Direct to Consumer business experience *preferred
Competencies and Skills
•Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
•Strong leadership to formulate strategies and measures by working backwards from the goal, and to lead the team and execute actions in a hands-on while involving cross-functional stakeholders
•In-depth consumer understanding skills
•Data analysis skills
•Native level Japanese, entry level or higher English
•MBA *preferred
