As a Senior Purchaser within the Toyama Factory, you will be responsible for purchasing operations. Procurement of materials necessary for product production, price negotiations, delivery management, supplier quality control, etc. are important tasks that are directly linked to the company's profits.

Description
* Negotiation of price and transaction conditions, total ordering, delivery date management
* Meeting customer requested delivery dates, collaboration with sales team, production planning team, and shipping site
* Delivery date management, responding to internal and external inquiries
* Purchasing and stocking operations
* Selection and audit of suppliers (management according to ISO9001 and evaluation of requirements of our production specifications),
Profile
* Practical experience in overseas procurement/purchasing
* Practical knowledge of trade
* Native-level Japanese skills and intermediate English skills preferred; Chinese ability preferred
* Experience in heavy industry
* Communication skills
* Use of SAP and other core systems Experience welcome
* PC skills (MS Office)
* Audit experience welcome
