As a Senior Solution Architect focused on Partners, you will play a pivotal role in driving collaborative success with our strategic partners in Japan. Your expertise will be instrumental in empowering partners to effectively position, implement, and support our cutting-edge test automation solutions. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to foster strong relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities:

Partner Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with strategic partners to understand their technical capabilities, market positioning, and client needs.
Provide guidance and support to partners in architecting solutions that leverage our test automation tools.

Solution Design and Positioning:

Architect innovative and tailored solutions in collaboration with partners to address client requirements effectively.
Assist partners in articulating the value proposition of our test automation tools, aligning with their unique market positioning.

Technical Leadership:

Serve as the primary technical authority for partners, demonstrating a profound understanding of our test automation products and industry best practices.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing informed recommendations to partners.

Partner Enablement:

Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower partners with in-depth knowledge of our test automation tools and their optimal usage.
Offer ongoing technical support to partners during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.

Collaboration and Feedback:

Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate partner feedback into product development, ensuring continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance partner enablement programs and resources.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on partner enablement, preferably in the software industry.
Extensive knowledge of test automation tools and related technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership in a collaborative environment, with the ability to mentor and guide partners effectively.
