Job Responsibilities:
- High-five representative (for enterprise clients)
- Technical proposals and solution design for major clients (Named Accounts)
- Lead presentations, demos, and POV (point of view) sessions.
- Technical lead from lead generation based on account strategy to securing orders.
- Promoting the alignment of customers' IT/OT strategies and product roadmaps.
- Channel Manager (for Partners)
- Technical support and training for partners (Enablement)
- Joint proposals, case collaboration, POV support
- Ecosystem development (verification of integration with other products)
- Technical lead in partner strategy
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in pre-sales/IT consulting/technical sales (5 years or more)
- Knowledge of networking or security domains
- Experience in negotiating and proposing solutions with clients or partners.
- Experience in proposing security products (FW/IPS/UTM, etc.)
- Experience leading large-scale projects
- Knowledge in the OT/ICS field
- Experience in malware analysis and incident response.
Languages Required: Native-level Japanese + basic English communication skills
