Role: As a Senior Web Developer at Incubit, you'll be an integral contributor to our projects, crafting and optimizing our web platforms to be efficient, scalable, and user-centric.
Responsibilities:
● Craft, develop, and maintain reliable and efficient Ruby on Rails code.
● Seamless integration of data storage using PostgreSQL.
● Collaborate on front-end elements designed by teammates using modern JS and TailwindCSS.
● Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
● Diagnose and rectify bottlenecks and bugs.
● Spearhead the incorporation of user-facing elements with server-side logic.
● Uphold code quality and organization standards.
● Deploy automated testing platforms and unit tests.
● Drive CI/CD pipelines for streamlined integration and deployment.
● EmployDocker for scalable and consistent environments.
Must-Have Qualifications:
● Minimumof 5years in-depth experience with Ruby on Rails.
● Atleast 2 years of experience with modern JS frameworks.
● Strong proficiency with Docker and containerization strategies.
● Expertise in creating and managing CI/CD workflows.
● Comprehensive experience with PostgreSQL.
● Proven ability to design and execute tests for code.
● Adeptness in front-end development using TailwindCSS.
● Business Level English
Nice-to-Have Skills:
● Exposure to Python development.
● Familiarity with large language model integration.
● Experience or understanding of Azure cloud offerings.
