Role : Delivery Manager – Salesforce

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce platform implementations, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will lead and oversee client engagements, manage delivery teams, and ensure successful program outcomes across Salesforce projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent client management skills, proven experience in delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, and a strong background in Salesforce solution design, P&L management, and pre-sales activities including handling RFPs and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, driving strong client engagement and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate delivery teams to achieve project goals and professional growth.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, business and solution architect teams to align delivery with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices for Salesforce implementation and support.
  • Lead the Salesforce solution design process to meet client business requirements effectively.
  • Handle the preparation and management of RFPs and proposals for Salesforce deals, ensuring solution alignment and competitiveness.
  • Oversee financial management aspects of delivery including budgeting, forecasting and cost control to ensure project profitability.
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for assigned projects/programs, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and quality standards in all project phases.
  • Manage program escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain stakeholder communications.
  • Oversee post-implementation support and transition to operations teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Delivery Manager or Program Manager in Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
  • Strong client engagement and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing delivery teams of Salesforce consultants, developers, and administrators.
  • Solid knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, customization, and solution design.
  • Experience handling RFPs and proposals for Salesforce deals, collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams.
  • Proven financial management experience in project delivery including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Experience in agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work from either Kochi or Bangalore offices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, PMP or Agile certifications).
  • Experience in digital transformation projects or CRM integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
