Atlas Copco Italy Compressor Technique Division is continuing investing on innovation and people and we are looking for a new employee who will become our Sales Service for the North East Area (Veneto and Friuli).You will be part of the Service Business Line, taking care of our Service products and our customers. You will deal with a challenging market, working to strengthen the relationship with existing customers and to create new opportunities at prospects. You will be assigned challenging targets, and we will support you with all the tools and trainings to achieve your goals.Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and generate new opportunities.Manage the assigned territory with strong organizational skills.Use CRM daily and report on leads, opportunities and sales targets.Map customer needs and deliver inputs to customers for both existing service improvement and new service opportunities.Collaborate with teams in marketing and operations and cooperate with them actively.Handle conflict management and negotiations autonomously, demonstrating problem solving and time management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or relevant experience.Maximum 1-2 years of experience in the industrial market segment, selling to medium and large companies.Good technical understanding and interest in new technical products/developments.Strong sales techniques and communication skills.Good relational skills, able to manage conflicts and negotiate autonomously.Written and spoken English required.

Compensation & Benefits
Permanent contract.Job classification and collective labor agreement (CCNL): White collar, from Level 3 under the Tertiary, Distribution and Services Collective Bargaining Agreement.Starting salary within the relevant salary range: from EUR 31,000 gross per year.Individual variable compensation.Collective profit‑sharing bonus.Company car.Flexible Benefits Platform.
