ServiceNowを活用したIT運用高度化や業務コミュニケーションプラットフォームのソリューションを、当社の持つ様々なテクノロジーを組み合わせてお客様のビジネスニーズに対応する形のソリューションとしてを提供しています。

・お客様IT運用の高度化や業務プロセス高度化に向けServiceNowの製品選定を含むソリューションを検討し提案します。

・ServiceNow導入の計画から要件定義、設計、開発、テスト、運用のフルライフサイクルでお客様をリードします。

次のいずれかの経験をお持ちの方

・ServiceNowの導入コンサルティング、要件定義、設計、開発、テストの経験 ※ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/SPM/CSMを中心とした領域

・ITILをベースとしたIT運用経験

・ITILをベースとした運用の標準化経験

・ServiceNow認定資格(CIS、CAD)を保有していることが望ましい

Preferred technical and professional experience

・お客様の期待値をコントロールできるようなコミュニケーション能力(十分な実務経験要)

・英語力(新組織立上げのためGlobalとの協業が見込まれるため。TOEIC 800点以上がなおよし)
