Job Responsibilities:
Experience in the design and implementation of large-scale solutions and platforms.
Strong knowledge of installations, configurations, and integrations.
Strong knowledge of all SharePoint and IIS versions.
Strong knowledge of IIS deployment and performance tuning.
Good knowledge of migrating out-of-the-box or third-party workflows.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Farm deployments, migrations, patching, and upgrades.
Strong knowledge of backup and restore of SharePoint and IIS.
PowerShell scripting.
Strong knowledge in SharePoint and IIS troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of best industry practices.
The applicant will have exceptional verbal and communication qualities and be able to present and communicate technical designs and solutions to peers.
Interact clearly with on-shore project teams.
Own and represent specific solutions detailed designs through to deployment and acceptance by delivery.
Requirements
8 to 10 years of experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and OneDrive is a must.
Good knowledge of MS SQL.
Basic knowledge of virtualization, Windows AD, Exchange, DNS, and Microsoft clusters.
Fluency in verbal and written English.
Strong customer focus, communication skills, and excellent technical and interpersonal skills.
Should be a good team player and individual performer as well.
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple activities.
Exceptional written skills are required for solution documentation creation for both technical and non-technical material.
A self-driven team player with a flexible and dynamic style, able to work with minimum supervision, perform under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
