The Role
You will be responsible for :
- Assist and Coordinate, site installations, operations and maintenance and removal
- Coordinate between Japan and UK Site management
- Assist of daily Site operations. (Inductions, Site reports, etc)
- Coordinate of the UK and the Japanese construction crew
- Assist in Procurement of materials / plant and crew
- Assisting in the management of contractors and sub-contractors and assist in ensuring Health & Safety of all crew members under our control.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to the client
- Comply and respond to all the clients procedural, administrational, and operational guidelines and instructions
- Other duties as required.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Site management.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You have working knowledge of Site coordinator
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
