【募集概要】
HRマネージャーとして、中長期的な組織・人事戦略の策定から実行まで幅広くお任せします。経営陣と直接今後の経営戦略・事業戦略についてディスカッションする機会もあり、経営目線を持ちながら人事全体を統括し、リードしていただくことができるポジションです。
【仕事内容】
HR領域を戦略的にマネジメントできるポジションとして、従業員、経営陣およびグローバルのHR部署と円滑なコミュニケーションを構築し、法と慣習に即した公正かつ包括的な業務の遂行、人事の観点から経営陣およびマネージャーの組織運営、人事チームの育成（人材開発）に関する必要施策を自ら主体的に推進先導していただきたいと考えています。
＜具体的な業務内容＞
・経営戦略、事業戦略からの組織・人事戦略への落とし込み～企画設計～推進・採用戦略立案
・経営環境の変化に応じた人事制度全般（採用、人員配置、人事評価制度、教育制度、報酬制度等）の設計と見直し
・組織開発・人材育成施策の立案・推進・部門のマネジメント
