Recently, our Social & Contents business has been showing rapid growth and we happy to expand our team to fulfill Client demand.
This position is a digital-savvy Digital professional, who can:
- run social influencing marketing activities on Instagram, YouTube, X, Line and/or TikTok (the first Client could be an optical Consumer company),
- produce other contents for Clients' product pages / brand pages or marketplaces pages,
- potentially, in the future, provide guidance to the existing or new team members.

【Prerequisites】
・ Trustworthy and honest person
・ Digital marketing Social account management
・ Japanese language: Copywriting level for posts, ads, and contents
・ English: Clear and transparent communication, ensure to leave no space for ambiguity or misunderstanding.
・ Can act independently and with judgment, not just following management instructions.

・ Independent individual who can act quickly and flexibly to adapt to changing Client and market requirements
・ basic knowledge or interest in digital sales (Amazon / Rakuten - some Amazon work may be needed)
・ basic knowledge or interest in SEM / SEO (such occasional support work may be needed as well)
・ Concern for environment issues, sustainability
・ Hearing experience / presentation / communication skills for customers
・ Knowledge or interest in Consumer Electronics or IT gadgets
・ Experience in PR, media relations
・ Experience working in an environment at a foreign-affiliated company
業務内容
[Specific work]
• After hearing the online strategy of the client (mainly consumer products, such as sports and apparel, optical, hospitality, tech gadgets, etc.), design the Client's strategy with the Client, and our Sales team.
• Set up or take over the client's Japanese social account / channel and manage it on a day to day basis.
• Possibly, depending on need and skills, marketplace support: product pages, Amazon or Rakuten advertising, brand stores, etc.
• Forecast, plan, execute, report, review, adjust
• Able to provide trusted advice to Clients,
• Counterpart may be Japanese or overseas HQ depending on Clients. :
• Support the preparation of Client pitches (work might include: researching on competition, client market, giving impressions on prospect potential, preparing slides, etc.),
• Support pitch delivery (either in person or online): if needed, explain what you would recommend or do for the Client if the contract was signed,
• Teamwork: Both share knowledge, coach other members, and conversely, and learn from peers, remotely or in-person.
[Points of interest]
• Responsible for digital goals in Japan for well-known global clients (brand awareness / traffic / revenue...),
• Responsible for product pages on domestic Amazon product pages or manufacturer sites.
• There are many overseas clients, and there is an opportunity to use English for communication with the marketing manager of the head office and the Japanese branch office (meeting, VC, email).
• The office is located in Minato-ku, Tokyo, near Omotesando Station.
We now work remotely 3 days per week, and in order to minimize carbon footprint and health risks, we encourage online meetings whenever applicable.
Our office is entirely no-smoking.
